PR — Perception (10%)
A 100-mark survey of employers and academic peers. There's no formula and no transparency — the only honest lever is submitting accurate contact lists. Never canvass for votes (it can drop PR to zero).
Cheap-points tip: OI is admin-driven and often ignored — women faculty (20% benchmark) and accessibility facilities are some of the easiest marks in the whole framework.
